FITSCO recently held its inaugural Tech Festival, aligned with National Science and Technology Workers’ Day. The week-long event featured online interactive sessions including golden idea collection, Top technical project , Star Lecturer and Star Story contests, showcasing innovative breakthroughs in smart rail transit from all departments.
The festival revolved around four core activities covering business innovation, technical R&D, corporate culture and talent development. A point-based incentive system mobilized all staff to exchange expertise and propose operational improvements.
At the offline seminar on May 29, Li Jun, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman, delivered a video address, encouraging all employees to leverage technology and innovation to fuel the company’s high-quality growth.
Winners of all awards were selected via company-wide voting:
- Golden Idea: Proposals for workflow optimization, AI tool adoption, process efficiency upgrades and festival improvements.
- Top Technical Projects: Highlighted core technologies delivering tangible value to production and business operations.
- Star Stories: Real inspirational employee stories that strengthened corporate cohesion.
- Star Lecturers: Recognized outstanding internal trainers to support talent pipeline development. Award recipients shared insights on technical innovation, sparking lively exchanges.
A flagship AI product, Ruixing Intelligent Agent, was unveiled at the event. An integrated innovation combining AI and rail transit operations, it delivers knowledge Q&A, fault troubleshooting guidance, equipment condition monitoring and training assessment. It standardizes workflows, accelerates fault location and enables predictive maintenance. Supporting cross-system communication via multiple protocols, it forms a full closed-loop maintenance workflow. Decoupled from large language models, the agent can flexibly switch between mainstream LLMs to adapt to industry demands, drastically boosting maintenance efficiency and system intelligence.
General Manager Wu Hao delivered closing remarks, reviewing the festival’s founding purpose and reiterating the company’s tech-led, innovation-driven development strategy. He urged employees to sustain curiosity and innovative thinking, embedding technological advancement into daily work to empower business growth.
Beyond an exhibition of technical achievements, the festival served as a call for innovation. It popularized technical knowledge, unlocked staff creativity and boosted talent development and technical accumulation.
