Wuhan Optical Valley Suspended Monorail Signaling System project

The length of the line is 10.5km with 6 stations , running from Jiufeng Mountain to Longquan Mountain. The entire line is constructed on an elevated viaduct, with interchange access to metro and tram lines..Equipped with a Fully Automatic Operation (FAO) system, the trains can reach a maximum operating speed of 60 kilometers per hour, enabling fully unattended passenger service along the whole route. As a lightweight, low-cost, eco-friendly and low-carbon public transit solution, the rail line improves transport connections between tourist stops and scenic attractions within the planned zone. It forms a world-class golden “cross axis” where the north-south ecological corridor intersects the east-west innovation corridor.
